为了解决反应釜夹套内多种介质切换时易因操作失误引起介质混乱的问题,提出了反应釜夹套多介质智能切换控制方案。在生产过程中进行升/降温操作时,程序通过介质标识位自动识别夹套内的当前介质,并通过压空操作时间标准判断夹套压空终点,可以自动完成介质压空及切换等操作。实际应用表明:该方案提高了夹套介质切换的可靠性。 相似文献

This review highlights the synthesis, physical properties, and emerging technologies of state-of-the-art segmented copolymers containing amide hydrogen bonding sites. Amide hydrogen bonding plays a crucial role in the physical properties associated with amide-containing segmented copolymers. Amide hard segments are accessible in many different forms from amorphous alkyl amides to crystalline aramids and greatly influence copolymer morphology and mechanical properties. Variations in copolymer structure allow for the fine tuning of physical properties and the ability to predict mechanical performance based upon structural modifications. This review includes various synthetic methods for producing well-defined amide-containing segmented copolymers as well as common applications. The performances of hybrid non‐isocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) materials were improved by using promising approaches. For the ring‐opening reaction of cyclic carbonate with excess amine, methanol was selected as solvent to increase the molar mass of NH2‐terminated NIPU pre‐polymer but also caused the formation of urea as a result of eliminating hydrogen bonding between NIPU chains. Meanwhile, another approach was carried out to reduce the content of urea by altering the introduction mode of reactants, along with further increasing the molar mass of the NIPU pre‐polymer. The final hybrid materials were prepared by adding bisphenol‐A diglycidyl ether into the pre‐polymer. The results indicated that the introduction of methanol and the change of the introduction mode of reactants could improve the performance of the hybrid materials. The hybrid material derived from the forward method has optimal performance with a tensile strength of 10.8 MPa, elongation at break of 167%, a glass transition temperature of 49.1 °C and a crosslinking density of 450 mol m?3 as well as presentable thermodynamic stability, ascribed to the high molar mass of the NIPU pre‐polymer, the low urea content and the dense crosslinking network. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Because of heat amount is different from peripheral to central of friction welding interface, which is leaded to vary the characterizations along that interface. Current study, respectively, focused on the effect of different friction pressure on micro-structural and mechanical properties of that friction welding joint interface. Presently, these friction pressures are 110, 130, 150 and 170 MPa while kept all other conditions constant. The effects of different friction pressure on welding interface characterization were investigated by EDX, SEM, tensile, compression, impact and hardness tests. The tensile tests carried out on the standardized test piece with diameter 6 mm and 8 mm, thus, compression tests were extracted from the positions of 0°, 45° 90° with test specimen of 4 mm diameter and 6.5 mm length at weld center. Whereas, the impact test pieces were picked up in two positions, the first one is symmetrical, which it obtained to the respect of the rotation axis and the interface, on the other hand, the second one is non-symmetrical with the axis of rotation and symmetrical to the interface, for making the notch head coincide with the center of the welded joint, The obtained results showed that with reducing of friction pressure will present lack of bonding increasing from peripheral toward the welding center, which will responsible on reducing of the mechanical properties such as tensile, compression and impact strength. 相似文献

针对传统Apriori算法挖掘警情数据的缺点,提出一种改进的Apriori算法。该算法首先在关联规则发现阶段引入权值参数,设计支持度阈值函数,以挖掘不常发生的重大案情发生规律;然后提出一种压缩矩阵优化算法,将数据压缩存储在只有0或1的矩阵中,并用2个数组来记录矩阵中每一行及每一列1的总数,可多次压缩矩阵,提升挖掘效率;最后将改进的算法用于实际的警情数据挖掘分析,给出关联规则挖掘结果。实验表明,改进算法不仅执行效率较传统算法有所提升,且针对警情数据的挖掘结果准确性也有所提高。 相似文献

The hot corrosion Type II of the alloys FeCr20, FeCr20Ni10, FeCr20Ni20, and FeCr20Co10 is investigated at 700°C in air + 0.5% SO2 with deposits consisting of Na2SO4 and a eutectic mixture of Na2SO4 and MgSO4 for 24, 100, and 300 h. The alloying elements nickel and cobalt have a positive influence when tests are conducted using a MgSO4‐Na2SO4 deposit. In this case, they reduce the metal loss and increase the time to the propagation stage. In contrast, when the alloys are exposed with a Na2SO4 deposit, these alloying elements increase the metal loss and allow for the transition to the propagation stage because they can form molten phases with the Na2SO4. During the incubation stage an oxide scale forms on the FeCr20 alloy, which is thicker than the one formed during exposure without a deposit, and iron oxides are observed, which precipitate in the deposit. The propagation stage occurs by a dissolution and precipitation mechanism forming localized pitting attack. Iron is the main species that dissolves and precipitates, while chromium remains mainly as an oxide beneath the initial surface. 以钴粉/镍箔为复合中间层,采用800,900和1 000 ℃等三种连接温度,加压10 MPa并保温120 min的工艺条件,对钨/钢真空扩散连接. 研究了接头的微观组织、成分分布、力学性能及断口特征. 结果表明,连接温度为800 ℃和900 ℃时,钨/中间层界面金属间化合物生成很少,对应接头抗剪强度分别为186 MPa和172 MPa,断口均位于钨母材中近界面的位置,为典型解理断裂形貌;当连接温度升至1 000 ℃时,钨/中间层界面生成厚度小于2 μm的连续金属间化合物层,接头抗剪强度降至115 MPa,断裂也发生在钨母材中近界面的位置,断口大部分区域为沿晶断裂特征. 相似文献
